Hi Fisher, still Ericsson offering WHF?
Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

Did you sign a contract before working on the project- normally it states when the payment would take place? You can try and take it further and suggest legal action.
Name and shame them. If they can ghost you, you can ghost quiet professionalism.
Damn! That's awful, I think people are scared a lot in the industry but they owe you. Name and shame and keep chasing. I know a lot of people have a policy on their invoices to say something like 5% interest charged on every additional day over 30 days. But also, it is worth looking into your contact or agreement if you signed something to see what their policy is on it.
Go above whoever you are currently in contact with if possible and if you are in NYC go through resources created by the Freelancing Isn't Free Act. Prior to that when I was working nonunion, I would include an statement on my invoices citing whatever contract language or expected time period had been established they were supposed to pay me within saying "If payment is not recieved after X time, additional invoices with a 10% increase for each week of delayed payment will be sent." It's not something that I ever had to enforce, but I never had a late paycheck when that was on an invoice.
