Ever since I saw that episode of Atlanta about young white avatars I switched up how me and my partner (a quiet white guy) present, with him presenting more. Today we convinced the client to do a mini documentary that I've been pitching for 2 years. I've never had an easier time selling through work and I dunno how to feel about it🫠🫠🫠

A guilty pleasure you’d hate for co-workers to find out about?

As a first time PM at a company with no PM structure, I’m finding it difficult to learn good practices and bring myself to “the next level”. Has anyone here had a similar self taught start that made the break through to become a solid senior PM? Anything will help, books, etc.

I have a LOT of credit card debt. It has just grown over time and I can’t find my way out. LMAO what do Afro Latinos look like? I just asked a creative to include more pictures of Afro-Latinos in our hispanic messaging and she said "I tried to find pictures of videos that looked authentic but they didn't have the right look, it's a very specific look". So no black people in the ad cause this white passing lady needs to gate keep who looks latina enough. The blond, blue eyed women in the photos passed though... UGHH.
