Every coworker that I really like has left. I am starting to feel a lot less motivated to stay. I used to love the firm and office I work for but now I feel like a fish out of water. Work should not be about your friendships. I wish I didn’t feel this way. I know I won’t be able to do my best work if I am not motivated.
