Everytime I ask my associate to send out an email, there are errors and their email etiquette is generally just poor. They write incomplete sentences and come across as very rude. I’ve tried coaching her on this for several months, but every single email contains an error.

How would you handle this? I feel like I approach her when I notice an error and help guide her but it’s been months with no improvements. She wants a promotion but can’t approve off if I can trust her to send emails

Looking to bring on a experiential marketing specialist (FT) with 5 years of experience - any idea of the average salary range for such position these days?

How far into implementation and execution do you get as a strategist (and what's your specialty). I notice social strategist tend to get way more into the executional portion, even writing copy etc. whereas brand strategy tends to roll off once the briefing process is done. Does brand strategy ever go on shoots or vendor/production meeting and are they responsible for it? Just had an unclear moment where it seemed like I was expected to vet production partners and I didn't realize I should've .
