My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Can you pls help me to know what all things we need to do from our end for the appraisal cycle and bonus payout? Since I'm new to this company KPMG KPMG India

i’d say in this market, 350-400 all in first year
Agreed
Yes that’s right. So a four year target exit should net you a payout of about $1Mil in equity. Vesting usually depends on the PE owner. Often it is a two year initial vest for maybe 50% and the other 25% each year after (assuming 4 years). Thing is just because you vest doesn’t mean you can liquidate the shares if you leave early. Depends on the agreement. In some cases, the Portco can buy back the shares from you at fair market value while in other cases, you need to wait until the exit.
In a similar role. I’d say 350-450 cash and RSUs valued at 250-300 annual paid at exit of course.
Thanks - is RSU/some form of equity on top of cash pretty standard for these kinds of roles?
Yes that’s equity. Should be standard for this level and especially important in a Porto because the long-term payout at exit is one of the primary incentives of taking the risk with a portco
yeah that’s exactly right. would love to do the job from porto tho 😂
em1 you think 250+ rsu every year right, plus the 350+ cash comp. what do you think the fair vest plan should be in this market
