Yea that’s gonna be a no from me. looking to leave the practice - severely understaffed/cluttered. And I was here before this happened
Went through the hiring process a couple of months back.
I found PWC to be lacking in professionalism and deep talent.
Comparing to Slalom and Accenture
So it was a pass for me.
Every SF practice heavily understaffed at all consulting firms, take your talent to boutique where they pay more and have some respect to your work/life balance
Look for an end user with money to burn and or a great leader. A great tech leader will cut through the bs and protect and back you to do your best work. They do exist.
How is the work life and culture there? I have my last interview for salesforce manager next week
Lmaooo I was at appirio, a Wipro subsidiary for a year and my God, the worst culture I’ve ever been in. The Wipro overlords ruined everything they once had
PwC wasn’t a good experience for me personally. I grew up thinking Accenture was cutthroat but boy I was wrong.
