Exit opportunities into industry?
Started my career in industry and have now done the last 5 years in consulting spread across T2 and Big 4 as a manager. Long term I’m not sure the consulting gravy train is for me. Keen to hear of anyone who’s looking to move out of consulting, or in the process of doing so and how they’re finding it. My background is a mixture of CX strategy, PO roles, and programme management/delivery lead.

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. I was doing some googling and I saw that PWC offers MBA hires 45k in comparison to MBBs at 70k +. Is this a bad joke? I can't imagine that PWC's target for MBA hires is widely different from MBB. In the US, the pay gap isn't that wide. Any reason behind this madness?
