Not helpful, but congrats! That’s awesome.
Assuming this is BVS, shoot for director / senior director. You will probably get RSUs but make sure you negotiate there given refreshers here are limited.

Probably ~$250k or so
250 is too low I think.
What’s the functional title?
It’s with BVS
It’s with the Business Value Services team
What is OTE?
Shoot for director, expect senior manager. Probably looking at an OTE around 220-250 and add in maybe another 10-20k a year in RSUs. Best guess
Are the RSUs considered part of the 60-40 (fix - variable) OTE or do they follow more of a “sign-on bonus” logic? I.e. if I quote my salary expectation will they include RSUs in that number or are they incremental?

In my exit recruiting, I always thought about TC in terms of years of salary advancement and 2 years was my number. If you aren’t dead set on leaving, that means targeting TC at the P3/Pa1 level, so $425-550, depending where you fall on BCG’s performance/bonus spectrum.
Op what was your offer?
BCG C here. Just got an offer for F500 for 190base + 55 annual bonus and small amount of equity. Plus a handsome signing bonus. At your level and especially in SF tech, you could shoot for $300k+, but you know, money isn’t everything.
