Joined Ericsson a year ago. Learned new things but not enough. Thinking of leaving it and join some other org. What do you think? I wanted some on-site opportunities but so far nothing.
I know the raise will be in between 5-10%. But the part I missed the most is learning. I can use their portal but that is all theory and can’t do much if they don’t provide the time for it .

Does anyone regret joining a boutique consulting firm? I signed with a startup out of college (spring 2020) whose founding partners were all partners/Sr leaders at a few T2s. Our firm is super small (dozen FTEs) but does really good work (we charge premium rates and work super cool projects). One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients).
