EY FAAS offer for S1 of 105k and 5K sign on in HCOL area. How reasonable is this offer? I think I should push for more but not sure what a reasonable range would be since its before EY comp discussions.

I have got an offer of CTC 23.25LPA +JB +RSU in Blore. And I have also got an international offer of CTC € 70000 + relocation sponsorship in a mid sized firm in Vienna, Austria.

My wife works with a CTC of 15LPA in Blore.

I am in dilemma about the option that is most suitable for me as my wife would have to quit her current job and relocate and then find another job. Is it a profitable deal to relocate to Austria?
