I joined before oct but there are no ratings for me.. will I be eligible?

funny

Is this for all employees or only for selected employees?

Eligibility criteria is already listed there. All employees who has joined before Oct 1st with exception of PPEDD, Interns and Gig employees.

Looks for all joined after Oct 1 and have rating of more than 2

No use assurance people have got 5 percent

No clue utter trash Ey, all that idiotic webcast for 5 percent

I’ve been at my company for a year now and have made it clear that I want to be promoted to director and I’m a high performer. My role is an individual contributer so they’d be bumping my title and pay with no one really under me still. My boss said I have to be in the role min. 18 months so I could be promoted this year end or mid next year. I can’t get her to give me a concrete answer or smthng tangible I can work towards. I’m capable and I want this promo. How do I go about this?

Guys, Need an appropriate info on this: I want to know when does the review cycle for yearly hike happens in CTS. I've been given a joining date mid September. Just want to know that If I join by mid August or mid September, then will I be eligible for the annual hike next year? Not asking about promotion cycle. Need to know the exact rule - like in which month does review happens, when is hike% revealed and given, etc. Kindly share your exact and valuable inputs.

Not really sure what board is proper for this. But has anyone had an experience where your boss required paperwork for a raise? I started my job as an account manager at a less than reasonable salary, but I was under the impression that I would be able to grow and would have help. A lot of work is dumped on me at one time and all the responsibility falls to me, it's often way to much work for one person. I tried to negotiate a raise with my boss and lead with the fact that I was moving to the area and the salary was not conducive to rent here. He cut me off after my first point and said he'd figure it out. I never got to tell him about my workload. Long story short he required a lease agreement for me to get this raise. It took quite a while to get one... had a few places fall through. My landlord is in the middle of moving so was only able to forward me a PDF of the document that was unsigned, until she has time to meet. Now my boss wants a signed lease with all my roommates signatures too. This is not part of the contract I signed that simply says "provide a lease agreement"... tips?

I love my job but I’m really struggling financially I won’t be ready for a promotion until April. Is there a professional way of asking for a pay rise or do I need to get a second job? Thanks in advance !

Anyone else here bracing for mass exits in the new year once folks realize they have to wait till July or later for their overdue promotion and/or salary raises? Disappointed we have’t had more townhall updates from 360i leadership alongside setting expectations for 2021 promotion timings (when based on merit, if that is a thing anymore). Also concerned we’ll have a serious retention problem over the next six months.

Hi everyone, I hope you’re well. My PERM was recently filed but I’m an S3 hoping to become M1 next summer. I want to know if anyone has had experience similar to this. Would I have to decline M1 promotion in order to finish GC process ? Other info - my priority date is current as I’m ROW. I’ve also scheduled a call with an immigration attorney to talk through these questions but wanted to see if anyone has had similar experiences. Thank you.
