EY GDS communication on mid year promotion and salary hike -

I’ve been at my company for a year now and have made it clear that I want to be promoted to director and I’m a high performer. My role is an individual contributer so they’d be bumping my title and pay with no one really under me still. My boss said I have to be in the role min. 18 months so I could be promoted this year end or mid next year. I can’t get her to give me a concrete answer or smthng tangible I can work towards. I’m capable and I want this promo. How do I go about this?

Guys, Need an appropriate info on this: I want to know when does the review cycle for yearly hike happens in CTS. I've been given a joining date mid September. Just want to know that If I join by mid August or mid September, then will I be eligible for the annual hike next year? Not asking about promotion cycle. Need to know the exact rule - like in which month does review happens, when is hike% revealed and given, etc. Kindly share your exact and valuable inputs.

Not really sure what board is proper for this. But has anyone had an experience where your boss required paperwork for a raise? I started my job as an account manager at a less than reasonable salary, but I was under the impression that I would be able to grow and would have help. A lot of work is dumped on me at one time and all the responsibility falls to me, it's often way to much work for one person. I tried to negotiate a raise with my boss and lead with the fact that I was moving to the area and the salary was not conducive to rent here. He cut me off after my first point and said he'd figure it out. I never got to tell him about my workload. Long story short he required a lease agreement for me to get this raise. It took quite a while to get one... had a few places fall through. My landlord is in the middle of moving so was only able to forward me a PDF of the document that was unsigned, until she has time to meet. Now my boss wants a signed lease with all my roommates signatures too. This is not part of the contract I signed that simply says "provide a lease agreement"... tips?

I love my job but I’m really struggling financially I won’t be ready for a promotion until April. Is there a professional way of asking for a pay rise or do I need to get a second job? Thanks in advance !

PE has done so many value destroying LBOs. Why do some of those funds still exist and can still successfully raise funds? Any chance a PE fund can default?

Would I have to decline M1 promotion in order to finish GC process ? Other info - my priority date is current as I’m ROW. What's the advantage of moving from one big4 firm to another after say 10+ years and doing a lateral move (same dept and same level) - chances to get another promotion and more pay? You lose your network and have to start from scratch.
