I applied for some senior positions at AbbVie online 2 weeks ago. The status appears as βresume receivedβ for some positions, status of one position appears as βunder reviewβ while another position shows βin progressβ. Any idea how long their hiring team takes to get back following the application?

I just got a promotion and raise offer from EY. Recruiter full of shit.
I hate recruiters. So full of shit.
Experienced hire to next level. They try to keep you at same level as your previous firm and same salary range π. I told recruiter why some will move laterally to your firm if you are not giving them pay increases or promotion. There was a complete silence afterwards. Is this normal hiring practice in EY?
I went from first year associate at pwc to senior 1 at EY, maybe you should speak to the hiring manager.
I told her to speak with partner as I am not going to accept anything less than S1 and 25% increases in my base not sure if I asked less. She said industry trend is 10% raise lol
Yeah, that's ridiculous. Don't fall for it.
More latitude with experienced hires than with fresh out school hires. Stick to your guns.
I think Deloitte says this too
This recruiter seems dodgy. But if she is only echoing what the partner is saying, doesn't sound like someone I'd want to work for.
The cyber practice at EY is definitely interesting. The pipeline especially with the global projects are truly fascinating. So I would definitely say worth the switch if you are looking for fun stuff!
What are your reasons for leaving? No criticism whatsoever. I am very familiar with the bullshit. But what do you think the cyber practice at EY does better than PwCs? I honestly don't really know. Have you talked to your partner about this? Are you trying to leverage an offer to negotiate after CRT results? You are an A3. Are you not being promoted this year? If not, why not? I'm sure EY is thinking the same thing. Why would they give you the bump if PwC isn't?
The EY recruiter is full of shit. I personally moved up a level when I came to EY with a significant pay bump, otherwise why in God's name would you move??
@P3 Just say I am not getting the projects I wanted too. I did not learn anything since Last year. I am not getting promoted as I joined last year and HR said I am not eligible due to that. @EY4 That what I told the recruiter.
Thanks for the great advice ππππ. Great place to find out the facts when you r in doubt.
Not at all trying to talk shit, but knowing your employment timeline helps make more sense of what the recruiter said. If you have been here for less than 1 year and are trying to move, the the recruiter probably assumes (rightfully) that you don't have as much leverage.
@p2 hitting 2 years mark soon plus have industry experience.
