One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

Does anyone have details of the different consultant levels/years exp/comp for Capgemini? Yes Glassdoor has company details but the consultant levels don’t make sense on there...

Does Optum provides cab for employees working from 11-8 PM shift.
