Got an offer from them during the Wipro acquisition announcement and asked the same thing.
Main topics were just general uncertainty around the acquisition and how the dynamic would change at the firm. Mainly deals in the FS which it is decently well known in. Ultimately declined cause opportunities elsewhere seemed better aligned to exit ops, client base, etc on top of the acquisition uncertainty.

I’d love some answers to a few questions. I have a first round interview with them in a few days. It’s a four stage process and I’m wondering if there’s anything that should be focused on. I’m more concerned with the second and third stages of the interview but I’d also like to get past the first stage too.
