Working in a large health system as a quality professional WFH. I rarely see anyone else on my team, and when I do present findings I see no changes happening. Maybe they’re happening and I just don’t have a role in that oversight but the motivation to keep going is whittling down to nothing. I’ve been in healthcare for years but graduated with a masters in last two years and was hoping for something different. I have been applying to so many jobs and not many calls back. Any advice ?

Recently received my CSW license and have started working as a therapist at an outpatient clinic. Is a starting salary of $64,500 fair? I am supposed to aim for 28 billing hours (get paid if clients show or not) a week with 12 hours of admin time for other tasks. Thanks for any input.

Pretty certain I will be fired or asked to quit if I can’t pass a licensing exam in a few weeks as it’s my final try. I’m just a horrible test taker and work life balance + studying hasn’t been great. I don’t want to lose my holiday bonus & am nervous about the current job market if I was fired. I just recently signed up to take the PE exam in 4 months in my specialty (civil: water resources and environmental).
