Dear fishes, After working in Autosar(CAN/FR/OS) configuration for 4 years, I wanted to switch domain to device drivers. So I bought a STM board. Joined some udemy courses. Learnt SPI/I2C/NVIC/exception handling and FREERTOS/OS. Now I want to apply to companies like Nvidia Texas Instruments Qualcomm NXP Without any prior experience I am a bit nervous as people say the interviews would be very difficult in these.
Please help with embedded and prog ques for these interviews.

Go for it considering it’s two levels above? Or incremental growth is way to go. I do have experience of trans formations and strategy but won’t say I’m an expert. Client who referred me thinks I’m 🤷🏾♂️
Can’t hurt to interview.
I figured that but the fear of laying an egg in the interview and that gets back to the former client who stuck his neck out and spoke highly about my skills the the hiring md 😩😩😩
You are over thinking this. Just do it!
Hospitality? If so get ready to find out that director maybe = big4 Manager
Lol that would be funny and I’m overthinking it. No, airline company and its manager>gm>director>md from the intel I’ve gathered from public sources
Zero downside to interviewing. Be honest about your development areas, and whether you believe you could execute the role after learning more about the responsibilities. Worst case scenario, you mutually part ways and thank them for their time.
Client would not reach out if was not confident in your capabilities
Never admit weakness - you need to always be positive about what you bring to the table. Read, extensively, talk to the folks at KPMG that are 2 levels above and get their knowledge, take apart the company’s website for information. Distill that into a value plan - how you add value - and kill it in the interview. You ALWAYS have to be outside your comfort zone to grow.
Now go and kill it and do let us know when you get the job. Good luck.
Go for it!
Esp. Since you’re not thrilled about your current post.
Definitely interview
There is great interview prep on askamanager.org. I’ve never not gotten the offer.
Thank you all for your input, will be putting one to paper this weekend and getting ready to shoot my shot. 🙏🏿
