I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

Make sure bullets align vertically, double-check grammar in title, maybe add a small circle with #s inside within the 4 process to show what the title refers to more clearly

Messages on the slide
- the page needs a conclusion, the implementation consists of 4 phases and ??
- I feel that title should be something in the line of “key work KPIs will be set and tracked through each phases of the project to ensure (retention, satisfaction... the true objective)”
- this will naturally be preceded by a slide that explains why these metrics are important
- on a side note: I am not sure that job satisfaction can be reduced to compensation only
format of the slide
- put a title to the column with dimensions you are assessing (job satisfaction...) and align these dimensions evenly on the vertical axis.
- the diff in font size with the main parts of the process and the sub points should increase to reflect the hierarchy of information
- I will smart bold the relevant words and make sure to not repeat to much design or monitor
- I imagine that first column is highlighted because it is transversal, so add a legend where you show that blue = transversal across dimensions and remove the arrows.
- can you add a timeline so we know how long is the project on terms of time and can discuss the frequency of these actions at the meeting to take appropriate decisions
- I will double check typos (in the title for example)

The point of the slide isn’t super clear. I understand that there are 4 main steps...but besides that someone will naturally get lost in the words. Bold or use 1-2 word bullet headers to call out main points... you can also circle stuff.
Project architecture sounds odd. Project kick off or initiation would read better IMHO.

Title says 4 things, but not clear of the first column is one of them. 3 rows need to be clear across all 4 columns. Needs color for looks and bold/fontsize to show which information is important.
