How do you find in-house positions?
Hi everyone, I have 2 years of experience in a service based industry as a Java developer, and I am eager to work hard and switch to a reputed product based organisation, but I am not getting proper time to study and practice data structures and algorithms, as I have so much to learn and understand things which are related to my project. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll try to inculcate it. Thanks in advance! Amazon Oracle Samsung Microsoft Cisco Salesforce Arcesium Uber

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.
Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Don’t be scared to spend money to protect your time or health. As an example, the electrician will do it right and in a fraction of the time you will.
Always hire movers. Your friends and your back will thank you. And it’ll be done in an afternoon.
Keep your car well maintained. That money you saved on putting off new tires will seem pretty dumb as you slide into the ditch on bald tires.
Wear sunscreen. Every day. It’s easy and you won’t regret it later.
Go to the dentist. It’s worth the trouble.
Cultivate and maintain good friendships. Put time into people who will put time into you. If they don’t want to invest in you, they probably aren’t worth the trouble. (Though cut people some slack for not being perfect friends - good enough is good enough)
Go for those insane adventures in your 20s and 30s - they get a heck of a lot harder as your responsibilities increase.
Be more patient with people. You honestly have no idea what they’re going through and getting bent of shape for trivial things is a waste of your time.
Most things truly aren’t that important - focus on the things that truly are.

This is the youngest and healthiest and most energetic you will ever be, so enjoy every day.
Also, wear sunscreen 365 days a year.
Learned a lot post 25, hard to put into words
1. Let go of things/ppl that constantly upset and hurt you no matter how hard you try- set boundaries and don’t pour as much energy (career, relationships, etc…)
2. There’s a lot more to life than your job and women (whoever you’re sexually interested in) - something I’m still struggling w
3. Build your network internally and externally with ppl higher up, can help save you from the bench or losing your job
4. Health and sleep go a long way
5. Take time for yourself and those that believe in you. If you truly have no one, you have yourself and god will step into play when he needs to
- Use money to help yourself
- Letting yourself go healthwise will catch up with you a lot sooner than you think
- Spend time with people you care about but choose quality over quantity
- It’s ok to have FOMO
- Go to bed early

I was watching the OC the other day and realized that I was old because I watched it as a teenager and they didn't even have smartphones or streamling on TV.
