I've been "voluntold" to demo an "enrichment lesson" to be filmed and broadcast on our school district tv channel. I'm totally drawing a blank on what to do...what is broadly appealing from US hist?

Does anyone have a similar experience: Whenever I open LinkedIn nowadays and start scrolling, I forget if I’m on LinkedIn, or Facebook. Every second post is about cute little puppies or some made up story about success, with the only difference, that there is some kind of “lesson” in the end of every post… kinda afraid to accidentally like something unprofessional, because I forgot which app I opened…

I’m looking at lessons with a pro. They offer packs of 30 min (6-pack) and 60 min (3-pack) sessions. Is there a benefit to one over the other? Is 30 too short or 60 too long?
