I think they need to learn to manage delivery times, many suppliers commit to a time that they do not respect. After the pandemic this got worse.
One of the top things that suppliers can do to make their supply chains more resilient is to ensure that they have redundancies in place. This means having multiple suppliers for key components or materials, as well as multiple distribution channels. Additionally, it is important to have a good understanding of the potential risks that could impact the supply chain and have strategies in place to mitigate those risks.
