What a joke you can tell those scumbags they can pound sand. Some people’s children for real
Did they over hire?
See where I'm going?
I never understood why people live so far from work
Living and working in Manhattan for over a decade

What is semi weekly?
For sure. The full five days thing is the annoying part. Most of us had elective WFH before the pandemic and being in the office all five days every other week is difficult to plan around for routines/care etc
First world problems i know
Wait so you are spending $125 per week on parking?
Yeah. I commute from NH and could take the bus but that's $325/mo.
They do have a commuter benefit where you can claim the taxes back on like $300 in expenses per year but that's so low i don't even think about it haha.
Will say I sometimes just work from the NH office but I don't have a single teammate there and it's "discouraged"
All the yikes 😬

@Goldman Sachs 1 - It is expensive to live in Massachusetts. Driving into Boston is expensive. It isn't always possible for everyone who works in Boston to take public transportation. I am no longer living in Massachusetts but had colleagues who commuted from New Hampshire and also Cape Cod. I also had a friend who lived in New Hampshire but went back to nursing school so they didn't have to commute into Boston any longer. I never commuted a long distance and was fortunate to own a home that was close to the city.
OP - Why not transfer to the New Hampshire location?
