Whole life insurance is a really bad product, especially for those with little other savings.
Can you surrender it and get anything back?
It’s actually kind of sad you have $350k invested here. You could have much more in a much better product.
This is why people are so negative towards salespeople.
Do you own a house? If so you should be directing more money into retirement accounts.
Those are going to be far more beneficial from a tax perspective
As others said equity index funds are good. Stock picking is not a good idea.
I want to just accumulate wealth to have more freedom. I’m trying to educate myself more and grow my income and spend less. I want my NW to finally grow.
