I've been working as a Data Scientist in small firms where mainly my work has been constricted to PoCs and MVPs (most of it using ready models from GCP / AWS). Even though the learning has been great (i come from a non CS background), as i accumulate years within the field i need to show some advanced skills to keep up with the market.

I was wondering what kind of contractual or other barriers I might face if I apply for one of the big 4 while working on a project with them in my current company.

The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.
