Hi, Is it good to join Salesforce for Technical Consultant role (YOE - 3.2 years) ?
I checked with few of my connections, they saying I will be mostly allocated to Salesforce industries (Vlocity) project. Please suggest about the team structure and work life balance for this role.
and also in future, is it possible to apply for IJP in Salesforce ?
Please provide your thoughts on this.
Thanks

Capgemini I gave Capgemini and got selected. HR discussion happened and we decided on 10.5 LPA. Offer came of 9 lpa. Called HR to revise offer as per our discussion, sent counter offer as well. HR has been delaying since last 2 weeks saying it’s still in approval. She is still not saying that business isn’t approving. Should I consider my offer to be gone?

Yes. Almost half the partners and senior managers that I know use one. Would you stay away from a JanSport looking backpack, opt for something more professional.
Not only have I found that it's better for my back, but it's also easier to run for planes and go up stairs with luggage in hand when you're wearing a backpack.
A1 is spot on - no client will care. But, IMO, backpacks are kinda nerdy looking…. I def judge someone rocking a Tumi backpack when I see them, I think it’s the modern day cell phone belt clip.
Yea I’ve always used a backpack, plain black leather from Coach. Comfortable and easy to travel with.
Backpacks are fine, although I personally prefer briefcases for client travel. They tend to slot onto my carry on a bit better, plus I think they look more professional as well. Unless you are planning to walk 5 miles to your client site every day there's not even any upside to a backpack over a briefcase.
The answer is- no client cares. If you prefer briefcase. Use a briefcase. If you prefer a backpack. You know what to do. No one will judge you
I use a heavy duty Swiss gear and no one bats an eye.
