Depends on your rating. Something like 70% of the firm will receive a Well Performing, for which the raise is usually pretty meager. Maybe 5%?
Yes, as some of the folks here mentioned, I was responding to the “year end salary”, which I interpreted as based no bonus. Bonus is definitely where the money is and can be 20%+ for the same rating.
If you are a campus hire, typically nothing until your first calendar year is complete. If you have reached that, I think Well Performing has been 7% while D has been 15%? But that depends on year - last December that number was cut in half (wp got 3.5%) until the correction this past summer.
Don’t like at base salary increase as the metric. Look at total compensation increases. That will always be >10pc every year.
As context, my average TC increase has been 18pc per annum for the last 5 years.
Bonus is simply a plug to make your TC number for the year.
