Fishbowl is a great platform, but it doesn't seem to run so well in Europe, or at least the threads aren't that extensive... Seems to me that there is less people from Europe participating. How this could be changed?

I’ve noticed that HR, when explaining why a candidate didn’t get the job, tend to lean on “You’re great, but we had candidates with more experience in [skill relevant to the job].” I do believe this is true in some cases, but it can’t possibly be for all of them.

HR folks — what feedback have you obscured by offering that line instead?

Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics?
