Any conda users in here have to install a binary and use conda forge? Need some help installing pdftotext. Throwing a weird message saying “Found conflicts!” Any and all help would be appreciated.

Hi Fishes, I recently got an offer from NielsenIQ. I want to understand a few salary components. Are LTA, Car fuel & Maintenance, Meal vouchers, and Internet expenses just for tax benefits, or are they given with salary?

I finished a Health Law LL.M. last May and haven't done anything with it thus far. I'm in insurance defense primarily (Liability, UM, UIM) and just got the LL.M. because I still had GI Bill to use or lose.

I've been corp healthcare for 20 yrs and am planning an exit in 6 months to open a legal/consulting business. Looking for thoughts on billable hourly for law firms/ providers/healthplans as clients.

Any recommended resources for a mid-level lit associate looking to develop some skills in health care transactional work? I'm primarily a med-mal attorney and several clients have small opportunities on the MA side that I'd like to be able to assist with. The firm does not currently have a specific transactional healthcare practice group so I'd need to go out of the firm for mentorship in this area. For now, I'm just looking for good basic foundational resources.

Looking for a new mentor. Background- I previously practiced environmental law for some time and transitioned to health care about 4 years ago. Recently picked up pharmacy (in-house). I was interviewed for a Medicare/Medicaid role, but the hiring counsel thought I’d be great at pharmacy so placed me there.
