Try writing things down on a post it right away!! As you're on the zoom or phone call grab a post it and write it down an stick on your laptop/PC screen in the middle
I make a calendar reminder OR set an alarm the second i think about something I need to do. If it’s super urgent (like “leave for doctor in 15 minutes”) I’ll set an alarm and have the note say what I need to do. I sometimes ignore the calendar reminders but i at least don’t forget about the tasks because there a digital record.
You need to rest my friend. Are you eating right? Getting at least 8 hours a night ?
There's definitely room for improvement there. Sleep is not the best ever..and with stress I'm truly operating and eating in a fog. It's a lot of contributing factors but my brain seems to wipe clean every hour lol
