I have been offered a role which has strict 5 days wfo. With current market condition. I am bit double minded. Should i join it considering difficulty in future switches as its 5 days wfo?

OR

I should reject this offer and look for some hybrid or remote role. Considering location specific constraints which limits opportunities?

How common is it to land a high paying role in tech from an unrelated industry if you have the experience? Is it easier to crack into from the inside?

Got an offer from a startup for 19.5LPA.
Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

I have 3.5 yoe in typescript/react/NEXTjs fullstack. Out of which only 10 months are on a full time role, rest of time was freelancing.
I am also an open source contributor for some NEXTjs related tooling.

Is this a good offer?

I went through a few interviews with the Deloitte Cybersecurity for a manager role. I've been in more senior roles at competing firms. Initially I said no thanks, but after the 4th call they made an initial offer at the top pay of the manager salary range and sent me a link to the application form. It's a 20% pay bump for me. So the question is should I take a demotion for 20% pay bump? Or counter with a lateral move? Is it even possible to negotiate a higher level after interviews are done?

For anyone who works at commerce square, does the elevator go up into the building or must I exit the garage and then enter the building separately?

How To Be Productive when Your Job Is Boring

I’m losing my damn mind at my job. I’m 23 years old and I’m a very ambitious, hard working individual but my job is literally so boring, I feel that all of my habits and skills are slowly deteriorating. I mean I do nothing all day, most days.

Im tired all the time, I can’t think of anything to do. I try to watch educational videos/pods, but there’s only so much. Any advice on how to fill in the time in a productive and entertaining manner?

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities.
