CBRE - 26fixed +2 rrb + 2 JB(after providing 31.5 ctc counter offer , 28 fixed 2.8 variable)
UST global - 31 fixed + 1.5 variable + 2 JB

I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?

Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. Sad part is,my husband shifted to ahmedabad and we decided that I will find something in a'bad/gandhinagar.But I found that there are no companies working on abinitio here.once this pandemic ends,wfh also ends,I have to shift to pune & ultimately resign.
