Folks a major rejig or reorg is going within BNYM in the name of Platform & Client Operating models.. Roles, reporting structure, etc. are being realigned according to this new model.. They define these so called models are aligning to visions laid out by CEO, blah blah, etc.. Most of us do not see any efficiency through these models.. It is purely a new strategy to layoff people again.. Take care and be prepared
