While telling the company (with x offer) that i have got offer from another company, do i have to show the whole offer letter to negotiate? I recently started in a sales role. Have a heavy consulting background (20 years) imagine big four and SI experience. Question - from here how easy or difficult is it to move internally. What areas within SalesForce value the consulting skill set. I have managed large teams and P&L of $20M annual. Big name client experience and complex professional services sales and delivery experience with global teams (India, UK, Latin America).

What is the difference in terms of seniority between specialist and analyst in salesforce? From my knowledge, specialist is usually more junior than analyst but the posting for the specialist role requires 3 YOE
