Why is this bowl so quiet?

Our company is shopping around for anti-virus and anti-malware solutions, and encountering companies who “will not redline.” We’ve tried 3 vendors, and the only one who redlined quoted 5x what others have quoted. Some of it has to do with how the biz team is presenting, but has anyone else run into this? However I still have not received confirmation on your salary yet. This will take some time. Will respond back to you as and when there is an update pls. Ibegin status -Evaluation is in progress. Joined tcs around 1 month back and submitted all the joining related documents but still didn't received my employee Id.upon checking with hr i am getting information that there is technical glitch due to which employee Id is not getting generated. I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Any idea if they will be sending an offer?
