For GT legacy at Guidehouse managers/directors/partners:

The GT salary includes a substantial bonus each year. (10-30% ) GH does not. (4-15%). When keeping the same salaries in the transition- if the one-time bonus doesn’t right-size there will be serious retention issues as people can lose approximately 20% of their total income- early career are using the one-time at determining whether they’ll leave!

HELP! When using other offers to negotiate salary, does the employer usually ask for proof of your other offers that you mentioned? I’m super new to this so I’m just curious.

Also, if they do ask to show proof, is that a red flag? Or is that pretty common? If so, I imagine I’d just block out the company name and stuff like that?

How can I sell my 2 years of clerkship as valuable experience for corporate work? I would like to get credit for at least one year (at least in salary, if I can’t in seniority).
