I don’t see us ever going back to the old travel model, with exceptions for specific offerings where it actually is required (production line optimization on the actual factory floor, or whatever).
Our clients won’t be in their offices 4 days a week, why would we fly to where they are if they’re not going to be there?
If the vaccine has been administered, then it depends on what the client wants. There’s nothing else to debate here. We’re in client services — if our client wants us to be there, we will go. Because if we don’t, our competitors will

It’s not going to reach that high of a percentage. Too many skeptics/antivax. Plus we’ll probably start needing boosters by then.
I think everyone who wants a vaccine will have it by end of year. Then things will mostly move on by then but the disease will still be with us and some people will still limit their participation in some activities.

I see the normal being travel to kickoff, then every other week or every 3 weeks and maybe more travel at the end. Other projects may be fully remote.
Talked a lot with clients about it that all said „i will go back to the office 2-3 days per week“. I read this as travel TUE-THu
