Does anyone actually really like doing PMO roles, or is there anyone who has made a career out of it? I think I would like it since I enjoy organizing info and I feel like it’d also make it easier for me to work in a wider array of projects. And yes, I am aware that pmo work is openly shamed on this app and in real life 😂

The company only gives salary which is lowest in market. they don't provide any facilities. there is no career growth, learning facilities in this company. Still I am not getting proper job. I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?

Hey everyone! I’m struggling to decide whether I should pursue a full time MBA or a Part Time MBA. Truly, what scares me about a full time one is the fact that I won’t work for two years.
