For Job Security, Project Allocation is the most important aspect in any IT service based company. Which company should I join considering this?

Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I would say avoid LTIM and Sapient. Cognizant is overall better among these even if the compensation is slightly less. Your Cognizant client can also happen once you join, so not a problem.
LTIM - Talent capability is biggest challenge there. They are not able to get good talent since their budget is less compared to others.
Sapient - Talent is there, but wlb is far worse, kind of similar to Deloitte if I can say. You should always be ready to be laid off.
CTS - work wise, talent wise they are sorted. They have plenty of projects and talented people. Hikes are little less than it used to be. But that is the case across industry. Wlb can depend and vary based in projects you land to.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the detailed answer 😊
No to LTIM
I will say keep LTIM for end , congnizant is preferred over all ,,, further inputs can help from others to decide , best of luck
