Hello fishes, I got offer from 3 companies i.e ey, capgimini and hexaware with around 8 years exp and offers are almost around same with little bit variations. So needed help from you guys to decide which one will be better to join in terms of work life balance, flexibility, yearly hike and employee benefits. Really appreciate your inputs on this. I would say avoid LTIM and Sapient. Cognizant is overall better among these even if the compensation is slightly less. Your Cognizant client can also happen once you join, so not a problem.
LTIM - Talent capability is biggest challenge there. They are not able to get good talent since their budget is less compared to others.
Sapient - Talent is there, but wlb is far worse, kind of similar to Deloitte if I can say. You should always be ready to be laid off.
CTS - work wise, talent wise they are sorted. They have plenty of projects and talented people. Hikes are little less than it used to be. But that is the case across industry. Wlb can depend and vary based in projects you land to.

I will say keep LTIM for end , congnizant is preferred over all ,,, further inputs can help from others to decide , best of luck
