I found doing my work and not playing on my phone for 8 hours 9-5 and working 6-12 was the best solution.
SM1 - some days better than others. I try to make a very detailed list. Including meetings and planned conversations. Just go 1 by 1 in the order 8 am me determined. Take a break. Take a walk. But go to the next thing and keep yourself honest.

The best thing is probably Adderall tbh
I have asked for a cap to my hours, set working schedule, and flexibility for breaks and doc appointments. I also have bipolar depression and anxiety. They were not happy about it and I think only took it seriously when I submitted a written request. It hasn't changed my day to day, and I'm still working the extra hours. Their solution was to assign a sr manager to oversee in case I can't work but they did that only on my first project and he was eventually not needed as I was able to do everything. I've also asked for key action items and responses in writing (instead of his ramblings over the phone) but didn't get this. My manager said it caused him too much work. I could have pushed for it as my attorney said the burden is on the workplace to prove it's unreasonable but decided not to.
Quiet office where I can close the door and focus has helped me. But, I also don’t think I could do this job without Adderall either.
What exactly are you struggling with? Like which job aspects?

Is there anyone who isnt dealing with ADHD to an extent in this day and age of endless scrolling and bombardment of dopamine producing tech?
Not sure how "legit" or severe your condition is, but I'd try to manage it myself to the extent possible - deleting social media apps from your phone, or at least trying not to access them during work hours, making to do lists, time-boxing, etc. At the end of the day, I think the best course of action is taking ownership and not relying on anyone to make accommodations for you. I might sound a bit insensitive since, again, I don't know how severe your condition is, but if it's anything like mine which is 100% not genetic and completely self-induced by bad habits, then there is a way to manage it
Funny you say this bc I got let go from a job for taking notes! I have severe ADHD and medicated but still have issues and they said it slowed me down, when in fact I exceeded their requirements everyday and was able to leave early because I did not have anymore work for the day! Isn’t the company supposed to accommodate me with a learning disability?
Made me feel so stupid and dumb and incapable of working, even though I knew what I was doing and exceeding their expectations and daily quota requirements…
