For non technical people, are interview skills extremely important?

Any feedback from anyone on number of pages in a resume: 1 page vs 2 page (which one you would prefer and why). I am applying for managerial roles at big4 and have 8 years of experience.

Recently was interviewed for a Sr. role in Booking but unfortunately, the team finds me better suited as a core individual contributor.

I am also in the advanced stages of some lead designer positions in other companies.

However, I am really interested in joining the team at Booking, especially because of the design culture.

What should be my reasons to accept or not accept the offer from booking?

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. On one hand I don’t want to waste time prepping for all positions and rather put that time only for the ones that I have going on, on the other hand I feel like what is that falls through. How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. I have 10 years of experience. Mostly in Unix, C++ and Visual C++ and MS SQL. I developed interest in cloud computing as like many others and was able to clear AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solution Architect Associate and Professional, AWS Security. Along with these I was able to clear 8 Azure certifications as well: 3 fundamentals, Azure Security, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps and Azure Architect.
Now my main question, can I try to switch on Cloud Architect or some other similar cloud roles?
