EM. You get access to more and higher level exits, and you showed via promo that you're at least in the top half of your peers. You may also have more relevant skills/experience for some roles because you could have a few engagements in one industry/function.
EM is obviously “better”, but that’s obvious? If you want out after a year and have a great offer, I’d say take it. If you want to grind another year and get EM and leave, then do that.

Sounds like the new opportunity is something that you are super excited about, would definitely suggest you take it (and disregard my / others suggestion about sticking it out to EM).
Em - people see that you were good enough to get a promotion+ you get much more money
Depends on the firm. For most reputable consulting firms, it’d be associate/consultant/senior consultant.
Let me rephrase. EM would be better. But most of the time you’d exit to A/C/SC.
