For those that have big 4 and MM FDD experience, what’s the difference in hours? Did you like one more than the other? Salary range for seniors?

Have interviewed big 4 company and got a offer around 25% bump and expecting better assignments than current firm. The partner in my practice reached out and is doing everything he can to make me stay

I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. The KPIs seem achievable and I’ll be in charm school to help build support within that timeline. Most of me thinks a 2 year path under these circumstances realistic but my inner skeptic is jaded. Anything I might have missed?

What are the chances of jumping from IQVIA strategy consulting to T2 or MBB? Have previous 6 yrs exp at b4 management consultant in ops and worked some projects with S& and +2 years corporate and value and access in IQVIA

Is it common for tech teams in the big 4 to hold out of state meetings before major holidays like labor day? I've only heard this applies to PWC so far....?

Question for paid search experts who have big agency experienc (e.g. big 4, dentsu, etc.) - is it considered standard to use SKAG instead of STAG, and use alpha/beta structures?...even with the changes Google has made to phrase and exact match? The various agencies I've worked at (small agencies) never use that method.

If you were interviewing someone from a small agency and they said they didn't use those types of account structures, would you think they were inexperienced?

What was your average YoY salary growth for non-promotional years in big 4 advisory? I got exceeds two years in a row, is 8% annual increase per year too optimistic?

Any experienced senior managers that have moved between Big 4 firms? Can you speak towards your experience, any struggles, and opportunities in terms of partner promotion? Frankly, EY path to partner seems to be too clouded (long pipeline, no clear direction/path, uncertainty on promotion cycles, etc.) at the moment and I would like to visit all options.
