I try to give my team space to work at their own pace. I don't like micromanagers so I try not to be one. That being said, I do schedule regular check-ins (bi-weekly) to make sure folks are on track and increase these for those that are falling behind.
I usually delegate responsibilities to them and follow up each day during our team meetings. I like them to have the weight of small things to report on so they continually stay engaged with one another. I think it helps.
Do you have daily meetings?
I do not micromanage, however we do track productivity on a daily basis. Should we see a consistent dip we will schedule a meeting just to see if they are ok or if they need any help.
Also, we have monthly meetings as well as random check-ins just to make my presence known.
Last, but not least, since we use Teams, all meetings are camera mandatory. I have created a team group chat. We do Motivational Mondays, Thank You Thursdays and Fun Friday where the team can post inspirational quotes, funny pictures, thank one another and etc. Occasionally we will have lunch and learn or just a fun trivia block of time carved out.
This does sound like a lot but if the team likes it and enjoys it - I guess it could work
I do weekly 1:1’s and team meetings. 1:1 focuses on their development (including coaching and feedback). Team meetings everyone gives updates on the projects they are working on and open discussion.

My boss does an hour long meeting for everyone on the team
I make sure to touch base with my team regularly. Whether it's through video calls, emails, or chat messages to check in on their progress, offer support and address any concerns they might have.
