Accenture by a long shot culture wise.
Deloitte was full of hardo who just thought they were BCG folks and talked about work 24/7. There was little connection made outside of work for the majority of people. They cared about optics like never leaving before the client. Internal initiatives were basically mini-projects and generally it was a more “step on someone else to get mine” culture and less collaborative and cool as ACN.
ACN had its problems tho, mainly comp related, but I had a MUCH better experience at ACN vs Deloitte.
Yea - it is 100% my subjective experience over 5 years and NOT EVERYONE I interacted with drank the green kool-aid. I met a few really cool people who I’m still friendly with today.
I will say there was a focus on “flexibility and predictability” during the last few years of my time and teams were trying to do more Tuesday-Thursday travel, plot out dedicated remote weeks etc.
Both are fine - same pros and cons honestly. Extremely team dependent, a lot of great / crappy people. Depending on your goals, in my experience my exit opps were a lot better at Deloitte

I left Deloitte for Accenture. Much better culture and prospects for longevity. Worse training. Also working for a public company can be tough.
Our current executive leadership is awful.
It makes me feel better hearing our new management team isn’t the only awful one out there.
