Is it any easier getting the MBB/B4 internship vs interviewing for the full time position in year 2 of MBA?

Are the interview expectations slightly lower?

Harder for full-time

If you intern you're usually guaranteed an offer unless you are bad

So once a lot of full time offers are made through internships and hiring for full time becomes challenging. As fewer spots to offer

SO is at M7 MBA right now and this has happened

While the parameters for evaluation won't change internship is usually the way

helpful

Expectations are similar, but the firm doesn’t have to commit to you as an intern as much as they do for a full time person, so there might be more leniency to not filter as hard to fill an intern class.

so i want to leave EY but i don’t want to hurt my chances of getting into a good school by not directly coming from a big name brand at the time of application.

would having the 2.5 years of EY be enough and give me freedom with other job opportunities or should i suck it up until it’s time to apply?

Hi everyone. I'm pretty early in my career (just over 1 YOE) & not really enjoying my current role as a Consultant/Developer because of the type of projects I get combined with some mobility issues. However, I'm really interested in technical program management or project management and I'm looking for any advice on how to get there bc I've been applying, but can't even seem to get a call back.

(Also would really appreciate some likes on this post to get my 11 likes out of the way 😀)

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) Anything before that was grad school and I haven’t kept in contact with any professors from over five years ago. What should I do? 😕

You name it, I’ve probably done it. Team management exp but not required in next role. Can anyone help me wrap my head around this post Series C start-up equity offer? It’s an IP director position, the the base is $170 with 10% bonus (both lower than I was expecting). There’s also an equity component: 0.15% of current fully diluted equity. This equates to about 30000 shares at a strike price of $2. They also indicate the preferred stock price is $6 and preferred stock equity is $188k (whatever that means). They are in the middle of a new financing and valuation round.
