I credit people and think it’s a bit weird not to.
I don't credit anyone. I'm not a publication. I also don't need anyone placing my name there. Plus I don't look at other people's names when I visit a portfolio.
Also, maybe people don't want to be mentioned. Have you ever asked?
Art director, copywriter, creative directors and you’re good
credit everyone with links to their portfolios
If it helps, I just want to know your role.

I just credit people cause I’m a junior to distinguish budget work from spec.
As a hiring manager, it's very important for me to understand your role in the project. And I don't want to just see "AD", I want to see "defined creative strategy, concepted storyboards, designed all digital content, directed studio photoshoot," etc.
It's nice to include your partners, especially because it let's me understand the size of your team which suggests how much influence/ownership you had. But it's not necessary.

@ACD1 I found your reply helpful. I wanted to DM you a question but couldn’t DM you.
I credit fellow creatives because what if I’m not looking for a job right now but a recruiter likes my work? i’d want everyone i worked with to be credited too
