Hello people . I have 4.10 years of experience in Audit . I have worked with deloitte and now working in McKinsey . My package is 5.25 . I feel its low . McKinsey low balled me . What should I do ? How much is the package I can demand going forward ? Please help.

2016 - $45,000 (non profit)

2019 - $98,000 (Sr. Consultant)
2020 - $130,000 + 15% bonus (Sr. Consultant)
2021 -$175,000 + 12% bonus (delivery manager)

Please who knows about the advisory practice within the PwC financial crime unit (Canada Acceleration Centre)? I understand it is a client non-facing advisory role. Would it be a good career decision for someone coming from GRC firms like Kroll, Control Risk or Exiger? I was asked to put together a working plan to obtain my CFF credential. I’m aware of the 2 certificate program (Core and Specialized) through the AICPA that will lead to the CFF. Does anyone have experience in how long it would take to complete the certificates and if there are other necessary or helpful study materials that would be useful? I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!
