From a work perspective, are there areas other than PEG where Bain wins out over McKinsey and BCG? What does the future of Bain look like relative to its competitors?

So far, I can see that McKinsey and BCG have invested more in AI / Digital, and general design of their materials and offices. Is this other people’s perceptions as well?
