I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

Bain & Company Hello, I received an offer as a Senior Practice Manager at Bain. The profit sharing range is 0-12% in the offer letter. Is it typical to receive the midpoint (6%)? Also, what do the annual salary increases typically look like? Any insights are much appreciated. Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group McKinsey & Company

Bain also has strengths in customer strategy and consumer products; not as differentiated as PEG is but definitely strengths. Definitely building strengths in Utilities and energy transition work as well. Bain isn’t leading the charge on digital work but that doesn’t mean it’s not competitive. The smaller scale of Bain somewhat lends itself to more of a fast follower model but it has had a ton of growth over the L5Y. In terms of materials and office design, not sure what you mean by that. All 3 firms have very nice offices and high quality materials. Bain style might be slightly tailored more to collaboration due to PEG teams working in the office and not traveling, but I wouldn’t say it’s that noticeable.
Does Bain also have a no moonlighting clause like McKinsey and BCG? Like, can consultants there sell lemonade on the weekends?
