Funny Experience:
I applied for a fintech internship. The company asked for company-based projects that I had worked on,during interview ,but I only had one. The HR person called me today and said that I didn't have enough experience, so they rejected my application. I thought that internships were a way to learn, but this company seemed to want interns to have the same level of experience I'm disappointed, but I'll keep applying for internships.

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? My boss (exec director) and I need to come up with a schedule strategy. We work in a hybrid setting, 1-2 days in office, the rest remote. As you all know, the days fill up quickly with travel, meetings and requests internal, external, new partners etc. Fridays are usually off limits to schedule anything unless it’s super important or really no way to work around it. have you seen something, created or implemented a strategy/guideline that would free up more time?
