I am currently working as an consultant for kyndryl as cloud sme with 7b band on lower level 13.5 lakhs. My contract is coming to an end so I contacted my manager was offered an job at same 7b level at 17 lakhs . Should I take the offer , will I have growth in the Company? I have an another offer from hcl 18 lakhs . Kyndryl Inc.
I was interviewed for 2 rounds ( level 1 and level 2) for BA role in DBS Asia hub@ ( hyderabad). Later there is no communication from HR.. It's been 10 days since the level 2 interview was finished. Kindly let me know how to know the status of my application..?... I have applied through referral and through the career portal... Does it take so long??!

I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

While discussing the role with HR pre and post the interviews & offer, I had specifically ask the HR to tag me to Ahmedabad location as that's my hometown and I do not wish to relocate. But she has rolled out the offer for Pune location ane verbally ( isn't giving me in writing ) assured me that the location will be flexible. What is the source of this news like who told you about this any senior level employee ? Why they will fire billable resources
I think if they are planning to fire billable employees then the reason will be high package of employees. They will fire employees having hire package and rehire someone else will less package

I am the source bud. It is discussed in the internal management calls. Billables are also planned due to higher per unit cost. They want to show higher profit margins every quarter and as the business is not doing well, this is how they will improve their margins
If this is the case then senior level employees and higher management will be on top risk as they are getting paid much as compare to other employees in the project
But will client accept this? Won't they ask like why you are removing someone who already know about project. Won't globant loose client if they do like this?
They have been doing this. Also billable resources are not removed immediately.
Is this from trusted resources? Why they didn't make public? Or would they ever make it public?
So when someone will know that if they are being affected?

Client proj : 2 months notice
