For the NJ folks who work in NYC - my potential new employer has offices in both NJ and NYC. The NJ office is a 1.5 hour drive vs. NYC ~40 min commute via train. I was approached with another opportunity as Sr Manager Financial Reporting at a public company for $150k and 20% bonus with a clear path to director in time. 8 YOE and live in FL.
